Terms of Use and Sale

About the service. These Terms govern your account and purchases from The Akkadian L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company. We sell downloadable digital assets. Accounts and authority. Use your own authorized Google account and protect access to it. You must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction, or appropriate authority to act for the purchaser. A Google sign-in is identity authentication; Google does not grant you rights to our assets or accept these Terms on your behalf.

Accurate information. Provide genuine, accurate and current billing/contact information and use an authorized payment method. Do not impersonate another person or falsify your country or address to bypass sales restrictions. Your Google nickname can differ from your genuine billing name. Correct an honest error through your profile or contact support.

Confirmed intentional material misrepresentation, payment fraud or deliberate circumvention of country restrictions will result in a permanent ban from new purchases after review. We may ask for clarification or proportionate evidence where a transaction needs verification. A ban does not by itself erase earlier paid purchases or remove support access, nor does it remove mandatory consumer or payment-dispute rights. A disputed or refunded transaction can separately affect its download entitlement. Contact support if you believe a decision is mistaken.

Products and availability. Review the actual product description, included files, previews, software compatibility, price, licence and country availability before paying. Preview scenes may contain fonts, photographs, branding or other third-party materials that are not included unless the listing expressly says they are. We must describe included files and requirements accurately. A listing with a price does not guarantee that purchasing is currently enabled.

Purchasing and delivery. A confirmed billing profile and the required purchase acknowledgments are necessary before payment. Digital download access is released after the website verifies successful payment. A browser redirect, bank notification or unrelated paid invoice alone does not establish a verified purchase. Download access requires the purchasing Google account. Purchase email links to the order; email delays do not necessarily mean the account download is unavailable. Clearly labelled sandbox checkouts are tests and do not collect real payments.

Licence and refunds. Purchases grant the rights in the Digital Asset Licence and any explicit product-specific terms shown before checkout. They do not transfer ownership of the underlying asset copyright. Our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy applies, including its mandatory-rights exceptions.

Service use. Do not distribute paid files without permission, interfere with the website, access another customer's purchases, misuse accounts or submit fraudulent payments. We may apply proportionate security restrictions and investigate abuse. We do not promise that an asset will achieve a particular business result or work with undisclosed software. Nothing here excludes non-excludable obligations or remedies.

Applicable law and changes. Wyoming law and applicable United States federal law govern these Terms to the extent permitted. This choice does not remove mandatory protections applicable to a customer under other applicable law. Versions and effective dates are displayed. Material changes apply prospectively and may require renewed acceptance for future purchases. The terms/licence attached to an earlier order are retained rather than silently replaced.
