Digital Asset Licence

Default grant. After a valid purchase, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use and modify the purchased asset in an unlimited number of their own personal, commercial and client projects, unless explicit product-specific terms disclosed before purchase provide otherwise. No additional per-project royalty is charged under this default grant.

You may publish, display and commercially use the finished project outputs and deliver completed outputs to clients. You retain your rights in your original work; we and other rights holders retain rights in the underlying assets.

Source files are not for redistribution. Unless the purchased product's terms expressly allow it, you may not resell, share, sublicense, give away, upload for others to download, or redistribute the original or modified editable template/mockup/source files as standalone assets, packs or a competing asset library. Changing colours, text or minor details does not create a right to redistribute the source asset. Delivering a client project does not by itself grant permission to hand over an extractable copy of the paid source asset; the client needs appropriate rights or a separate licence where necessary.

Do not claim exclusive ownership or authorship of the underlying purchased asset. This licence does not transfer copyright, create exclusive rights, or grant rights in another person's trademarks, images, fonts or software. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences. Obtain separately licensed software/fonts/materials where the product requires them.

Product-specific terms. Read the terms on the actual product before checkout. Explicit variations take precedence for that product to the extent they address the same subject and applicable law permits. The licence recorded with your order remains the reference for that purchase; later listing changes do not silently reduce earlier purchased rights.
