Refund and Digital Delivery Policy

Digital purchases are final for change-of-mind reasons. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we do not offer discretionary refunds or exchanges because you changed your mind, no longer need the asset, bought by mistake, lack the skills to edit it, or did not check clearly disclosed software requirements. Review the previews, included files, compatibility and licence before purchase.

This is not a promise that every refund request can legally be refused. Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory rights concerning faulty, materially misdescribed or undelivered digital content, incorrect/duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions or other remedies required by applicable law.

If a file is missing or there is a problem. Check your account order page and email folders. Email info@theakkadian.org with your order reference or Stripe payment reference and a description of the problem. We verify the purchaser and payment before restoring access or sending an alternative delivery arrangement. We will investigate and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, re-delivery or other legally required remedy, including a refund where required. We do not ask you to email full card details or passwords.

Immediate digital delivery. Access is normally made available after verified payment. Where applicable law requires express agreement to immediate supply and acknowledgment of the resulting loss of a cancellation/withdrawal right, we obtain that specific acknowledgment before the purchase. Account sign-in or general acceptance of Terms is not used as a substitute for it. Mandatory remedies for faulty or misdescribed content remain unaffected.

Please contact us promptly so we can investigate delivery or quality problems. No support process or internal deadline removes a statutory complaint, refund or payment-provider dispute right.
