Information we collect. When you use Google sign-in, we receive identity information Google provides, such as your account identifier, display name, email address, verification status and profile image if supplied. Your billing name is collected separately because a Google display name may be a nickname.

Your billing profile includes your full billing name, email associated with your account, phone number, billing country and address, and company information if you provide it. Orders retain the billing details applicable to that purchase, the purchased product and licence, payment/provider references, payment and delivery status, and download/support records.

Stripe processes payment credentials. Our website does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes. We may receive the method type and masked details such as brand, last four digits and expiry when Stripe provides them. Link may not provide underlying card details. Using Link does not mean our website has saved a reusable card for you.

Optional saved payment methods. If you choose to save a card for future purchases on The Akkadian, Stripe securely stores the payment method. We retain the provider references and limited details needed to display and manage it, such as card brand, last four digits and expiry date. Our application does not receive or store the full card number or security code. We record your save-card choice and its time/version. Saving a card does not authorize automatic future charges: you choose when to make each purchase. You can remove a saved card from your account to prevent future website reuse. Required transaction, security and consent records may remain after removal; historical orders are unchanged. Stripe Link is a separate service with its own controls and terms.

We also process account sessions, essential cookies, technical/security logs, and information you send when requesting support. Technical records can include IP addresses, browser information and request times. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers or security codes in support messages.

Why we use it. We use this information to sign you in, maintain your account, save accurate billing/contact details, process and verify payments, apply country availability rules, keep transaction records, deliver purchase emails and authenticated downloads, provide support, investigate fraud or misuse, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. A phone number is contact/payment-profile information; providing it is not consent to marketing calls or SMS. We do not claim every collected field is universally required by law simply because the company is registered in Wyoming.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, necessary account and order processing is handled to provide the requested service; legal record keeping is handled to meet applicable obligations; proportionate security and fraud prevention are handled for legitimate interests where permitted. Any optional consent-based use must have its own appropriate choice. Acknowledging this notice is not blanket consent to unrelated processing.

Who receives it. We share relevant information with Google for authentication, Stripe for payments and fraud controls, Resend for transactional purchase email, our hosting and email-service providers, and authorized people who operate the store or provide support. We may disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary and lawful, or as part of a lawful business transfer. Service providers may also process information under their own notices when you use their independent services, including Google and Stripe Link.

We do not sell personal information, run third-party advertising on this storefront, or automatically subscribe purchasers to marketing messages.

Cookies and communications. Essential session cookies support sign-in and account security. Purchase and support emails concern your account or order. If optional analytics, advertising or marketing are introduced later, the notice and any legally required choices must be updated before that use begins.

Retention and security. We retain information for the purposes described above, including maintaining purchased-file access, transaction records, security and resolving disputes, and for periods required by applicable law. We review whether information is still needed. Some transaction and security records may need to remain after an account deletion request. Historical order billing records are separate from later profile edits. Restricted access and technical safeguards help protect data; no system can promise absolute security.

Information may be processed where we and our providers operate, including outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards must be used where required.

Your requests. You can review and correct your billing profile in your account. Contact info@theakkadian.org for account, access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. We may verify ownership before acting. Rights, exceptions and complaint options depend on applicable law. Where a supervisory authority is available under that law, you may also complain to it.

Changes. We identify the notice version and its effective date. Material changes are brought to customers' attention as appropriate. Updating this notice does not silently change the terms attached to an earlier purchase.
