We offer ready-made social media templates, editable mockup files and digital-asset bundles. Each listing describes its contents, price, file formats, software requirements and licence. Products are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped.

Yes. Sign in with Google, complete your billing details and review the product and purchase agreements before continuing to secure checkout. Your account keeps your purchase history and private download access together. See our Privacy Notice for how we handle account and billing information.

Once payment is verified, your order page in your account provides the download. We also send a purchase email with a link to that order. Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase to access it.

Availability depends on the product’s sales settings and your billing country. Some listings remain visible while purchasing is closed. Most products can be purchased once per account; if you already own one, open the existing order to download it. Listings that allow repeat purchases can be bought again.

Read the file formats and software compatibility on the product page before purchasing. Editing requires the listed software and supported features or version. Software subscriptions, plugins and other resources are included only when the listing expressly says so.

Where applicable, lettering is supplied as vector outlines (vectorized text), preserving its appearance without installing the original font. Outlined lettering can be edited as shapes, rather than retyped as live text.

Font files are not included unless the product listing explicitly says otherwise. Check the listing for any live text that requires a separately licensed font.

The product description identifies the files and resources supplied. Preview scenes may show photographs, branding or other demonstration materials that are excluded from the download. Review the included contents and any fixed or non-editable elements on the listing.

The standard licence permits unlimited personal, commercial and client-project use, including finished deliverables. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the original or modified editable source files is prohibited unless expressly permitted. Review the Digital Asset Licence and any product-specific terms before purchasing.

Check your order in your account and your email’s spam or junk folder. If you still need help, email info@theakkadian.org with your order reference or payment reference and a description of the problem. We verify the purchaser and payment before restoring access or arranging alternative delivery.

Digital purchases are final for change-of-mind reasons to the extent permitted by applicable law. Review previews, contents, compatibility and the licence before purchase. Our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy explains support for undelivered, faulty or materially misdescribed files, incorrect charges and any mandatory remedies.

When intake is open, sign in to send a custom inquiry or callback request. For a callback, provide your phone number, preferred time and timezone. We confirm availability manually; submitting a request does not book an appointment. When intake is closed, the site will tell you. Purchase support remains available by email.
